Website privacy

A small waitlist should collect a small amount of data.

Effective July 28, 2026. This notice covers the public pre-launch website—not the future iPhone app.

At a glance

What this site does

This website explains the planned Vibe Concierge MVP and operates its verified NYC waitlist. The site is not the consumer product. It does not book venues, make purchases, or ask for a precise location or free-text leisure request.

Information we collect

  • Waitlist details: email address; confirmations that you live in NYC, use a compatible iPhone, and currently do professional work that regularly creates leisure-planning time pressure; a bounded planning-frequency choice; willingness to test one free plan; confirmation that you expect two real leisure windows in the next 14 days; and the consent, verification, and lifecycle timestamps needed to operate the waitlist.
  • Source and safety details: sanitized campaign labels, the referring site's hostname, and keyed pseudonymous counters used to prevent repeated or automated submissions. We do not store a visitor's raw IP address in the waitlist database.
  • Privacy requests: the email needed to send an ownership-verification link, request type, and minimal completion record. The request record stores only a keyed email hash, not the address you enter.

We do not ask for your employer, job title, street address, precise coordinates, calendar, payment details, contacts, or a free-text leisure story on this website.

How we use it

  • Verify that an email belongs to the person asking to join.
  • Build a qualified NYC iPhone pilot cohort and send consented waitlist or testing updates.
  • Complete verified access, deletion, and unsubscribe requests.
  • Protect the site from spam, abuse, and failures.
  • Serve pages reliably and diagnose technical incidents.

We do not sell waitlist information, use it for behavioral advertising, or build a precise location profile. Joining is optional, and the consent checkbox plus the separate email confirmation control waitlist communications.

Service providers and disclosure

Cloudflare hosts the site and database and provides the Turnstile security check. Resend delivers transactional verification and waitlist email. These providers process the minimum information needed for those jobs under their own service terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect the service or people.

Retention

A verification link stops working after 24 hours. Pending records are marked for deletion after 24 hours. Verified waitlist records are set to expire 12 months after verification unless you withdraw earlier or renew consent. Completed privacy-request operating records are marked for deletion after 30 days, and short-lived abuse counters become invalid within two days.

Expired records are excluded from waitlist and privacy operations and removed by protected housekeeping during normal site activity. A documented weekly expiry review is also part of the operating procedure while collection is open.

A keyed, non-reversible suppression value may be kept until the waitlist email program ends so that a deleted or unsubscribed address is not accidentally re-added. Hosting and email-provider security records follow the providers' applicable retention policies.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to view or delete your website waitlist data, or leave the waitlist, using the verified form on this page. Email alone is never sufficient proof to disclose, delete, or suppress a record: the link opens a confirmation page, and you must explicitly confirm there.

Art K. is the controller for this website waitlist. For privacy questions, email privacy@nameyourvibe.com.

Children and changes

This pre-launch website is for adults interested in the NYC pilot and is not directed to children. If this notice changes materially, the effective date above will change and the updated notice will be posted here.
